Full Stack Developer

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team and help build Bugmetrics, our AI-powered Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end product features using React, TypeScript, Python, and Django.
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components with modern React.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Design and integrate REST APIs between frontend and backend.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement background jobs and asynchronous workflows using Celery.
• Debug and resolve issues across the frontend, backend, and database.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with Django REST Framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React Query (TanStack Query).
• Knowledge of React Hook Form and Zod.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience with Redis and Celery.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Docker and containerized development.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time applications.
• Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working in startup environments.
