What You'll Do
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in application or full-stack development.
- Build solutions at the intersection of AI, human intelligence, and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Enough technical depth to understand what is easy, hard, or impossible to build and to have an informed discussion with developers.
- Ability to read and understand basic code, API structures, and system flows.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and how web applications are put together end-to-end.
- Ability to listen carefully and extract the real problem behind what a client is describing.
- Strong verbal communication
