Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master with 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and ensuring team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Business teams).
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts, etc.).
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.
• Support release planning and delivery management.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or PMP.
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic technical understanding of software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile project management / Scrum roles.
