Business Development Executive (BDE) – Contractual | Commission-Based | No - Base salary

We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join us on a contractual & commission-based role. If you are passionate about sales, lead generation, and client acquisition in international markets — this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads in international/offshore markets

Pitch Talavishiraaj Groups’ consulting & business services to potential clients

Drive end-to-end deal closure and manage client onboarding

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong closing abilities

Ability to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment

Prior exposure to consulting, outsourcing, or business services is a plus

Compensation & Engagement:
-> Contract Duration: 6 Months
-> Commission-Based Only – no fixed salary
-> Independent Contractor Model – no employment benefits
