The Role
We’re looking for a creative, internet-native Social Media & Content Strategist with a strong fashion eye and an interest in creative direction. You’re curious about AI, comfortable experimenting, and excited to learn while helping shape a brand from the ground up.

This role is designed as a learning-focused internship and is ideal for a current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) looking to gain hands-on exposure in fashion, AI, and digital content.

This is an unpaid, part-time internship for a defined period. There is no guarantee of future employment, though there may be opportunities to explore paid roles as BALO grows.

What You’ll Do
• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Support brand storytelling and creative direction through supervised, collaborative projects
• Experiment with AI tools (Midjourney, Veo, OpenAI, etc.) to learn how they can be used in content creation
• Track trends and test content formats as part of a learning and experimentation process
• Collaborate with and receive guidance from the founding team

What We’re Looking For
• Intern-level or early-career background (0–2 years) in social, content, or creative roles
• Strong interest in fashion, visual storytelling, and brand-building
• Curiosity about AI and emerging creative tools
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an early-stage environment

Internship Scope & Structure
• This internship is intended to be a learning and educational experience
• Responsibilities are designed to provide exposure, mentorship, and skill development and do not replace the work of paid employees
• Estimated commitment: 12-15 hours per week
• Duration: 10–12 weeks (with defined start and end date)
• Flexible scheduling within agreed collaboration windows
• This is a temporary, part-time unpaid internship with a defined start and end period
• BALO is open to supporting academic credit requirements where applicable
