About the job
Heads up first: GPTease builds software for adult content creators. Our customers sell on OnlyFans, Fansly, LoyalFans. You will be marketing to them, supporting them, and demoing to them daily. If that is not for you, no hard feelings. If you have already worked in or around this industry, lead with that.
About GPTease
An AI inbox, CRM, and writing assistant for adult content creators. The product drafts, the creator approves, nothing sends by itself. Profitable, bootstrapped, small team.
The Role
You own every customer touchpoint that isn't code. Social end to end: everything that goes out, everything that comes back. The email support inbox. And the live product demos people request from our landing page.
Not a scheduling job. You set direction and write the calendar. Nobody hands you one.
Bar for the content: something a working creator would stop on and forward to another creator.
What you will do
Content: video and static (~35%)
- 8 to 12 short form videos a week across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X
- Image and static posts: carousels, memes, quote cards, product screenshots, comparison graphics. Different craft from video, same bar
- Write hooks. First 1.5 seconds on a video, first line on a carousel
- Turn trending audio and formats into GPTease versions the same day they peak
- Shoot, edit, and design it yourself
- Build around real creator problems: the 3am inbox, the whale who went quiet, the PPV that flopped, the roster that outgrew a spreadsheet
- Kill formats that are not working within two weeks
Community and engagement (~25%)
- Reply to comments, DMs, quote tweets, and mentions across every channel, daily
- Be present where creators already talk: Reddit, creator Discords, X replies, Telegram groups. Reply as a human who knows the industry, not as a brand account
- Source and brief creator UGC and partnerships. Every quote comes from a real creator who agreed to it in writing
- Build relationships. Twenty working creators who know and trust us is a distribution channel in itself
Customer support (~20%)
- Own the support inbox. Every email ticket gets a reply the same business day
- Claude drafts, you review, send. Same rule as our product: AI drafts, human approves, nothing sends by itself
- Route bugs to engineering via Jira with repro steps, not vibes
- Spot patterns. Three tickets about the same confusion is a product problem, not a support problem
Demos and feedback loop (~20%)
- Run live product demos for inbound requests from the landing page. 20 to 30 minutes, screen share, built around their roster and workflow, not a script
- Own the demo calendar. Demos land in US Eastern hours
- Weekly note on what creators are actually saying: support tickets, demo objections, and comment sections in one summary. Not a metrics dashboard, a summary of the conversation
- Flag reputational risk early. You will see it before anyone else does
- Hand winning organic formats to paid as SFW ad creative
At 3 months: consistent rhythm on three platforms, two formats proven by numbers, an active reply presence in at least two creator communities, the support inbox at same-day replies, a running feedback log product actually uses, and a demo-to-signup number you can quote from memory.
Tools
Fast in already: a short form editor (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci), Adobe Photoshop, Canva or Figma for static and thumbnails, native platform analytics, any scheduler.
Able to pick up in a week: AI video (Veo 3.1 Lite, Gemini Omni Flash, Kling), AI image (Reve 2.1, Nano Banana 2), Opus Clip or Descript, link management (Beacons, Linktree).
Claude is the exception to "don't lead with tools." You will use it daily for support drafts and content variants. If you already run part of your workflow through Claude or an equivalent, tell us how. That is a real signal. Everything else: the models change every few months, the portfolio is the signal.
Must-haves
- 2+ years running social for a brand or creator: making the content and handling the community, not just one or the other
- Portfolio: three pieces, view counts, one honest line each on why they worked. Mixed video and static is a plus
- Comfortable designing static posts, not only editing video
- Idea to published in under four hours
- Written English precise enough that nobody reviews your customer emails before they go out. Spoken English clean enough to demo to a stranger on a live call
- Comfortable on camera and running live screen-share calls
- Already use Claude or an equivalent AI assistant in real daily work, and can show it
- Online daily 9am to 12pm ET for demos and standup
- Professional comfort working in and around the adult industry
Comments and DMs do not stop on Saturday, and neither does this role entirely. You manage your own weekend coverage.
Bonus (any one moves you up the pile)
- OFM agency, chatter, VA, or creator experience. Chatters especially: that is customer support in this industry
- Ran social for a creator economy or adult adjacent brand
- Support inbox or help desk experience at a SaaS
- Had an account banned, got it back, can explain how
- Grew an account zero to 10k+ with no ad spend
- Know Reddit well enough not to get a brand nuked in r/onlyfansadvice
Not needed: marketing degree, agency background, sales experience. If you can explain the product to a creator in her language, the demo is the easy part.
What We Offer
- High-ownership role: you are the company's mouth and its ears
- Small, fast-moving team. What you hear from customers changes the product in days, not quarters
- Full-time, remote
If you have worked in or around the adult industry, lead with that.
