Spieldenner Financial Group is actively looking for independent, ambitious self-starters to join our fast-growing team. We partner with everyday Americans to protect their greatest asset—their income—through life insurance and mortgage protection solutions.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a launchpad for individuals ready to build their own business within a proven system—backed by one of the fastest-growing organizations in the country.

Job Duties:

1. Set Appointments (6–8 hrs/week)
   You’ll connect with warm leads—people who’ve already expressed interest in coverage—and schedule consultations.

2. Strategize Solutions (4–5 hrs/week)
   Review client info, assess financial needs, and craft tailored insurance solutions that protect their family’s future.

3. Meet With Families (2 days/week)
   Run virtual or in-person meetings (your choice) to educate, present options, and help clients apply for coverage.

4. Keep Things Moving (2 hrs/week)
   Work behind the scenes with insurance carriers to move applications through underwriting and ensure client satisfaction.

We offer multiple levels of engagement to meet you where you are:
Spare-Time (4–8 hrs/week)
Potential earnings: $500–$2,000/month*

Part-Time (8–25 hrs/week)
Potential earnings: $2,000–$5,000/month*

Full-Time (25–50 hrs/week)
Potential earnings: $10,000–$20,000/month*
