We ❤ our affiliates. As our Affiliate Manager, you’ll work with our world-class Marketing team. Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more.

REQUIREMENTS

As our Affiliate Manager, you will be loved by our affiliates and trusted by our marketing team.

Some of what you will be doing includes:

• Program Development: Scale NorthOne's affiliate program by identifying opportunities for expansion and driving strategies to optimize performance.
• Partner Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners, ensuring alignment on program goals, clear expectations, and mutual success.
• Agency Collaboration: Partner closely with our affiliate agency to evaluate the current program strategy, contributing actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze program metrics, including customer acquisition costs and funded accounts, to uncover insights and implement improvements that drive key business outcomes.
• Leadership Reporting: Provide transparent and actionable updates to leadership on program performance, progress toward goals, and key strategic adjustments.

The skills required for this role -

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing
• You have the proven ability to manage affiliate partnerships, including negotiating terms and resolving conflicts constructively
• You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets for performance analysis
• You have experience working independently and driving results with minimal oversight

Bonus points -

• You have experience using the Impact affiliate management platform
• You have a background in financial services, fintech, or neobanking
• You have demonstrated success in scaling affiliate programs in a small business or startup environment

• Market range for this role at North One is $75,000-$100,000 USD depending on experience
