Client Experience Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Client Experience Manager—someone who loves people, projects, and a fast-paced remote world.

You’ll be the glue between our clients and teams, making sure everyone’s on the same page and that projects flow like a river (not a traffic jam!).

What You’ll Do

• Be the Client’s BFF: Keep clients happy, informed, and on board with project progress, updates, and all-around good vibes.
• Manage All the Things: Work with design, dev, and ops teams to deliver amazing results, on time, every time.
• Keep Us on Track: Track and report on project and account metrics—show us what’s working and what’s not.
• Upsell, Cross-Sell: Spot opportunities to bring even more value to clients (and grow accounts).
• Be the Team’s Vibe Keeper: From hiring to engagement, keep the remote team happy and productive.

What You’ll Need

-Excellet Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator who can keep clients and teams on the same page, whether through email, calls, or Slack.

• Tech-Savvy: Know your way around project management tools, CRMs, and love learning new tech. Have basic knowledge of Website Development and UI/UX design processes.
• Client Charm: People love working with you because you’re friendly, professional, and a great communicator.
• Organizational Skills: Multitasking wizard who keeps projects (and people) moving forward.
• Problem Solver: You handle issues calmly and find solutions fast.
• Startup Enthusiasm: Prior experience in a startup? Even better!
