Key Result Areas of our Ideal Candidate###

- Facilitating the successful onboarding of new customers and diligently walking them through the platform and its various features *
- Resolve queries from customers effectively and in the shortest time possible
- Prioritise among customer tickets & queries keeping the best interest of the company in mind
- Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our customers and build their loyalty towards Pragma
- Become the face of Pragma for our clients and become the go-to person of contact
- Get their feedback and be the voice of the customer in relevant decision junctions to improve our products
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train clients in possibilities and use-cases needed for successful adoption of Pragma’s dashboards, which includes creating written & recorded content for customer-facing education
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams across the organisation to be familiar with and review all use cases for our institutional target base.
- Assessing customer requirements, solving problems, anticipating future needs, and generally serving as the customers’ voice within Pragma
Desired Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in communications, account management, sales, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication, and project management skills
- Analytical and data-driven decision making
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Adaptive to changing priorities
- An eye for detail, but is pragmatic and able to get things done fast
