About the Role:
We seek a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to help prioritize new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations that will help our customers drive more revenue. Integrations with other technologies play a key role in delivering customer value and Invoca has strong partnerships with companies like Adobe, Meta, Google, and Salesforce. Building on our powerful integration tools and strategic partnerships, the candidate will be responsible for discovering, defining and delivering the integrations and use cases that will drive customer success. Working closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, you will contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle including: product ideation, prioritization, creation, enablement, adoption, and monetization strategies.

You Will:
- Help to define our integration strategy and craft your team’s roadmap, with a focus on delivering high-value integrations.
- Become an authority on Invoca integrations and tools, including webhooks, APIs and data transfers.
- Enhance Invoca’s integration tools, which make it easy and scalable to share our valuable call and conversation data with other solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance product features and improve user experience.
- Prioritize stories and features, build consensus and coordinate product development with engineering.
- Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: engineering, customer success, marketing, sales and executives.
- Work closely with our UX Designers, Marketing and Customer Success teams to integrate usability studies, market analysis and customer research into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage the relationship with our Salesforce developer consultants to define and explain enhancements for our managed package that is available in the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Keep pace with changes in the privacy landscape, including country and state-specific privacy policies and security features introduced by browsers.
- Manage and run beta testing and other release tests as necessary on integrations, and serve as the primary point of contact regarding integration-related inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely resolutions and guidance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in integrations.
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources to educate internal go to market teams on integration best practices and platform features.
- Understand Invoca’s strategic and competitive positioning, and work to define and deliver the best solutions to craft, and improve our industry-leading position.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in a constantly changing environment where the process is fluid and we are open to finding new, creative and unique solutions that make work more rewarding and productive.
You Have:
- At least 5 years experience in SaaS B2B Product Management.
- Comfortable working with a UX team to devise not only good design, but intuitive user experiences.
- Exposure to working with enterprise customers with a track record of navigating their complex systems, high security and privacy standards, multiple decision makers, and expectations around customization and service.
- Well versed in agile methodologies and tools and experience working in an agile environment.
- Clear, structured thinking as well as effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A combination of business acumen and technical aptitude.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SFTP / S3 data transfers. Some JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with the marketing technology landscape.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to deal with ambiguity and succeed.
- Demonstrated skills in gathering detailed requirements, identifying problems that are valuable to solve, evaluating risks, and presenting to different stakeholders.
- You are empathetic to individual customers’ needs and can also balance those against broader prioritization needs.
