What You’ll Do:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and execute demand-generation strategies that drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
• Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and events to amplify our reach.
• Content Optimization: Distribute content strategically to maximize visibility and engagement across owned and earned channels.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use data to measure success, draw insights, and optimize marketing programs for better outcomes.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, collateral, and outreach strategies.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in demand generation roles, preferably with SaaS startups in AI or SalesTech.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing the entire sales and marketing funnel, including lead conversion rates.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• A track record of success in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in crafting and delivering impactful messaging for both inbound and outbound strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives (AEs).
