We're seeking someone to lead our communication efforts across our social media and newsletter audiences. We believe in being authentic and sharing value with every tweet, post, or newsletter we put out into the world. See our Twitter, LinkedIn, or blog for examples.

Key responsibilities include

• Launch initiatives end-to-end
• Direct and execute communication strategy for ownpath across various channels such as social media, blog, and press releases
• Direct and execute value-additive initiatives such as interviews, podcasts, newsletters, curated resources, to grow our audience and community

You ideally have

• Prior experience with launching marketing campaigns and managing content initiatives
• Excellent communication skills
• High ownership
• A curiousity for design
• A passion for doing great work
