About the role
We are setting up our founding GTM team, and are looking for folks across marketing, growth, sales, and content who are passionate about the new AI development paradigm. The market and the product are both new and evolving at a rapid pace, so empowering teams globally to build world-class AI applications is critical to our success.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy. We are profoundly customer-focused, ensuring customers’ needs are at the forefront of everything we do at Maxim. Reporting directly to the founders, this role demands a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
Your responsibilities
The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach by providing feedback from the market and working closely with the product and engineering teams to define the roadmap and ship products and features.
- Help refine our ideal customer profile, usage scenarios, pricing strategies, and communication tactics.
- Think outside the box in how we present and sell our product. This could involve helping onboard new customers, networking to connect with key people, and perfecting sales demonstrations through experience.
- Convert unique, successful strategies into standardized processes for easier replication and scaling of our go-to-market teams.
- Work across different areas like sales, content, marketing, customer success and growth, and technical solutions.
- Focus on effective written and verbal communication, both internally with team members and externally with customers and partners.
