As a B2C Growth Marketer (Demand Generation Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our user base, ultimately helping individuals enhance their productivity and improve their content consumption habits.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of PlutoAI’s team and to make a significant impact on the way individuals save, learn, and retrieve content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  2. Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  3. Audience Segmentation: Utilize market research and customer insights to identify and segment target audiences effectively, tailoring messaging and tactics to resonate with different user personas.
  4. Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant marketing content, including ad copy, landing pages, blog posts, and visual assets.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and user engagement.
  6. Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates at various stages of the user journey, from awareness to conversion.
  7. Influencer Marketing Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant influencers, affiliates, and organizations to expand brand reach and drive user acquisition.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize results and achieve KPIs.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  10. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices for demand generation.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior work experience within Demand Generation for 3-5 years.
  2. Proven track record of success in B2C demand generation, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Experience with marketing & data automation tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, VWO, Hotjar, etc. is highly desirable.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Customer-first mindset and strong values, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting with minimal supervision.
