The Role

This role will be responsible for creating top-of-funnel leads for our growing sales team. You will own our growth marketing plus demand generation program which focuses on B2B sales strategy. You'll develop deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative marketing strategies and tactics in developing effective marketing campaigns. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the sales, revops, and product teams.

Things you'll work on

You will have the opportunity to develop, plan and execute demand generation marketing campaigns that focus on top-of-funnel leads across multiple channels, including website, email, webinars, events, content marketing, channel partners, paid advertising (Google Adwords & LInkedIn), and others. Some of the focus areas include.

  • Build a clear, end-to-end customer journey map that identifies key touchpoints, ensuring alignment and consistency across channels.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to design and execute targeted content that engages and educates customers, meeting them where they are in the buying journey.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors to drive additional lead generation opportunities.

You may be a fit

You have 5-7 years’ experience in growth marketing or demand generation marketing for B2B SaaS companies. Proven experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the success of campaigns and initiatives, sharing actionable insights to improve future efforts and impact on the customer journey. You are proficient in HubSpot (or other CRM tools), WebFlow, 6Sense, and other marketing tools. You are analytically focused and creative minded to create RIO driven campaigns that draw in and resonate with our target audiences.
