Your Role

We are looking for a capable marketer who can take complete ownership of our Performance Marketing. You will deliver aggressive growth targets with the support of a competent video, creatives and content team.

• Develop paid media strategies to achieve customer acquisition goals
• Set up and run ad campaigns across platforms (GDN, SEM, FB, Insta, Youtube)
• Measure and report performance of all campaigns
• Tune campaigns and strategy to optimise paid media funnel

Key Requirements

• Hands on knowledge and experience across paid advertising platforms
• Proven track record of performing and delivering a high ROAS
• Ability to understand the ideal customer and define narrow targeting to acquire the right users
• A growth mindset, we want you to learn and improve every month
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and a data driven approach to decision making
• Organizational and collaborative skills to work in a fast moving growth focused environment.

Previous experience of 3+ years in similar role.
