Who You Are: You are a charismatic and energetic individual with a flair for entertainment. As a Live Streaming Host, you thrive in front of the camera, connecting with audiences in real-time. Your creativity knows no bounds, and you have a natural ability to keep viewers engaged through your personality and captivating content. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable navigating the ever-evolving landscape of live streaming platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative ideas for live streaming content that align with our brand and target audience.
Plan and execute engaging live streams to showcase and sell our brand products/services.
Respond to comments, questions, and feedback to create a sense of community and drive brand engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote live streams and engage the online community.
Familiar with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment to ensure a high-quality streaming experience.
Optimize audio, video, and lighting setups for effective brand presentation.
Utilize analytics to understand audience preferences and tailor content for effective brand representation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a live streaming host on platforms like TikTok, Twitch, or similar.
Must have a quality mobile device and computer for live streaming.
Ability to handle packaging and shipping of products effectively.
Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
Creative mindset with a talent for generating engaging content ideas.
Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure performance.
