At Steer Health, we're creating next-generation consumer engagement experiences with solutions spanning care communication, patient engagement, scheduling, smart notifications, and more.
We're growing rapidly and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
Monitor product performance and iterate on features based on user feedback and analytics.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products.
Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer impact.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Align product goals with the overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Gather and analyse feedback from customers, sales, and other stakeholders to guide product development.
Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
Oversee testing and validation processes to identify and resolve any issues before product release.
Set and manage stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Address stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Must have experience working with SaaS companies
Must have experience working with EHR & EMRs
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
At least 5-6 years of experience working with US healthcare
5-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry.
Open to overlap US Central Hours
In-depth knowledge of healthcare products, services, regulations, and industry trends.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
