Job Summary: As RYSE’s Sponsorship Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s strategic partnerships by nurturing existing brand sponsorships, securing new sponsorships, and demonstrating value proposition for both the company and its sponsors.
Responsibilities:
Manage sponsor relationships by serving as a primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication, and guaranteeing sponsors receive the agreed-upon benefits and deliverables
Liaise with corporate partners, agencies, and other involved parties as needed for sponsorship execution
Manage sponsorship agreements by arranging sponsorship terms including financial commitments, marketing rights, branding and activation strategies
Prospect and poach new sponsorship avenues that would result in promising and meaningful business for the company’s network
Conceptualize and construct enticing sponsorship proposals and packages outlining its value impact for sponsors such as brand exposure, promotional opportunities, and accessibility to the organization’s audience and followers
Establish tracking mechanisms for monitoring program viability and performance
Education and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
Experience in a sponsorship manager or strategic partnership related role

Impressive rolodex of brand, company, and stakeholder relations
Able to operate independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
