About the job

Roles and Responsibility:

Manage and the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and talent acquisition and retention initiatives

Lead the recruitment process for new hires including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing processes, selection decisions, onboarding activities, etc.

Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems to post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, and track the hiring process from application to onboarding.

Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support leadership development.

Manage and update employee records, track leave, and performance metrics in the HRMS.

Process employee data changes in HR systems such as personnel files, payrolls, etc.

Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues, and work with senior management to resolve complex HR-related matters

Work with management to develop, implement and manage employee engagement strategies

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for compliance with applicable laws

Coordinate employee benefits enrolment processes throughout the year

Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews and full & final settlement as per the timelines. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and track/maintain data.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent people management skills

Good understanding of MS Office Tools like Excel

Dependable, diligent, flexible, result oriented and a strong team player

Good knowledge of standard corporate HR policies and procedures

Familiarity with IT and AI/data science domain
