We are looking for a smart candidate who can design and execute effective hiring campaigns for the company in order to hire experienced as well as fresh candidates.

Overall responsibilities:

1. Identifying hiring needs, execute hiring campaigns and job posting on various platforms
2. Understanding different parameters on which candidates are being evaluated and judge candidates on those parameters by framing specific questions.
3. Ability to filter out good profiles from postings on various platforms
4. Habit of properly documenting interactions and interviews with candidates
5. Developing recruitment related documents
6. Ensuring polite and prompt communication with candidates throughout the course of recruitment process.
7. Coordinating with other members of the team to setup interview call schedules.
8. Planning and executing an internal event or an offsite for engaging team members.
