You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO. Your specific responsibilities include:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team.
The HR Specialist will administer, coordinate, and evaluate HR policies and programs, requiring
professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate
sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
o Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
o Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Employee Relations:
o Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
o Handle employee grievances and guide conflict resolution.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Performance Management:
o Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers
and employees.
o Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
o Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and organize training programs.
o Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development
programs.
o Support career development initiatives.
HR Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
o Conduct audits of HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
o Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
plans, and leave policies.
o Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
o Conduct market salary surveys and provide compensation analysis.
HR Systems and Reporting:
o Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
o Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
o Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
