About the job

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 2. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing robust relationships with enterprise customers, aligning MyOperator’s solutions with their business goals, and positioning our offerings to address their communication needs. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, strategic insights, and CXO-level engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning MyOperator solutions to their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Craft and execute tailored sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to MyOperator's business growth.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of MyOperator’s products and services, staying updated on new features and capabilities.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in a consultative sales approach, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customers’ communication infrastructure.
  • CXO Interaction: Conduct strategic discussions with CXOs and key decision-makers, influencing their adoption of MyOperator solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed sales decisions.
  • Sales Collateral: Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other materials that effectively communicate MyOperator’s value proposition.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the Sales Manager on sales progress and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in enterprise sales within the SaaS or tech industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Focused & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer needs and environments, with a customer-centric approach and a strong business understanding.
  • Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Self-Driven & Independent: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), understanding of the Indian enterprise market, and familiarity with telephony solutions. Ability to explain technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales and Support teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in using data to track metrics, drive decisions, and optimize sales performance.
