Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our horticulture and landscaping services to corporate clients in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the horticulture, landscaping, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Have own transport (Bike/car) for field meetings. Fuel allowances will be provided by the company.
