Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
Collaborate with the founder to develop and refine company strategy
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
Project Management
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects
Ensure timely execution of key initiatives
Track project progress and report on outcomes
Operations and Process Improvement
Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency
Develop and implement operational best practices
Assist in creating and maintaining company documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
