Since we are a new age company our technology stack is contemporary and most desired.
We use Node.js, Python, Fast API, Angular, PostGreSQL, MongoDb and Airflow to evolve, enhance and maintain our product platform.

Our architecture is event driven, loosely coupled and comprises multiple micro services.
We deploy our services within docker containers in AWS.

Our platform talks with various external sources and we will keep on integrating with more interesting providers in future.

Role details
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end development of new products and features, ensuring a user-centered approach to product design, and maintaining smooth integration with technical and operational workflows. This role requires a solid understanding of user experience design, product lifecycle management, and the ability to work effectively within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for mortgage and insurance advisory services, aligning with the company’s vision and customer needs.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure our product offerings are competitive, valuable, and user-focused.
• Work closely with design teams to conceptualise and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with best practices in UI/UX design and fintech usability standards.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and sales teams to drive the development process, set priorities, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Collect and integrate feedback from internal stakeholders and users to refine and enhance the product.
• Write and prioritise user stories and product requirements, maintaining clear communication with the development team
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech or a related sector is preferred
3. Proven experience in UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
4. Knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience managing product roadmaps and writing user stories.
5. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
7. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
8. Experience working in the mortgage or insurance industry, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations will be preferred
