Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and delivering product features that enhance our urban sustainability solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet the needs of our users and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Recity's mission and business objectives.
2.Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on market research, user feedback, and business value.
3.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment across teams.
4.Market Research:Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
5.User-Centric Design:Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our diverse user base.
6.Project Management:Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
7.Metrics and Analysis:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
8.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or urban sustainability sectors.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
