About the job role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our iPaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in product management, ideally has written production-grade scalable code, preferably with 5+ years of experience preferably with domain knowledge in commerce, retail and/or hospitality tech and systems exposure to accounting, inventory, payments etc. Your role will be pivotal in driving our platform growth to serve millions of businesses globally, so experience with security, scaling of API based solutions and understanding of architectural and devops trade offs is a must.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage LINK’s integration and migration platform, serving as the primary liaison between clients and our engineering teams, while also driving the platform roadmap by anticipating growth areas and long term needs.
- Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings, architecture, and market to effectively guide project direction and strategy.
- Implement and enhance Agile and sprint practices within the team.
- Play a pivotal role in an exciting R&D project focused on developing a no-code solution for app integrations in a B2B and B2C marketplace model.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key client stakeholders in the US and Canada, effectively communicating product plans and addressing client feedback.
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, sales, and customer success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager and lead, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, etc., is highly beneficial.
- Technical background or a strong understanding of software development and architecture is preferred.
- Metric-driven. Must have a track record of demonstrable experiences in analyzing and understanding data/usage trends and productizing these as insights.
- Hands-on knowledge of Mixpanel, grafana, or similar analytical tools is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and management skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating detailed and clear PRDs.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and a track record of running successful sprints.
