Responsibilities:
- Establishing relationships from scratch with potential clients, business owners and C-level executives in EU, and signing them on as members.
- Acquiring customers and generating revenue for our core product, Machinio.com.
- Complying with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborating and strategizing with the Business Development team to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Fluent/Native in GERMAN and/or ITALIAN and/or FRENCH, required!
- Comfortable and disciplined with remote work! We're an incredibly connected and cross-functional team!
- Drive, motivation and proactiveness to LEARN.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in learning analytical and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Compensation
- Base salary
- Generous commission structure
Our Interview Process:
- Step 1 - Brief phone Interview with the Senior Director of Operations, to get to know you!
- Step 2 - 1-hour Google Meets/Video interview with one of our Team Leads, to discuss the role further and conduct an evaluation (we openly discuss compensation in this step)!
- Step 3 - 30min final interview with Vice President of Sales.
