ScalePost.ai is building a next-generation platform to connect LLMs and AI Agents directly with content owners to use their content or data. We facilitate partnerships between content owners and GenAI companies, transforming how content is licensed, monetized, and deployed. We work with over 100 leading publishers including Time, Entrepreneur, Texas Tribune and others. We’re working with Fortune 10 AI companies, as well as AI agents (including our exclusive partnership with Perplexity.ai) to help them seamlessly access content.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding CTO who will play a critical role in building and scaling our platform. You’ll be responsible for laying the technical foundation of the company, leading engineering efforts from 0 to 1 to 10, and driving our infrastructure and data strategy. This is a rare opportunity for a mission-driven builder to join at the ground floor and shape both the technology and culture of a fast-moving company.

The ideal candidate

• 8+ years of engineering experience, ideally with a background in startups or high-growth environments.
• Has previously built and scaled a product from scratch, ideally as a co-founder/CTO.
• Strong skills in infrastructure, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI, media platforms, or data systems is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Embraces a can-do attitude, gets things done quickly, and enjoys delivering impact. Strong experience in rapid deployments, and optimizing engineering workflows.
• Capable of hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering team.
• Values transparency, accountability, and trust.
• Excited about the mission of reshaping how content and data are consumed by AI through technology.

What You'll Do

• We have solid architecture and a platform that works well, and you'll help scale up the architecture.
• Lead architecture decisions around data infrastructure, APIs, and integrations with media and AI platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept, design, deployment, and iteration.
• Hire and mentor top-tier engineers who align with our mission and culture.
• Collaborate closely with the co-founders to define technical strategy and roadmap.
• Continuously improve deployment processes to ensure fast, efficient rollouts.
• Be hands-on with code and architecture, but also effective in managing and scaling teams as the company grows.
