As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading the development and drive of our technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with our ambitious roadmap while adapting to the rapid pace of a startup environment. You’ll work closely with a team of talented engineers to transform healthcare by creating scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Strategy: Shape the technical vision and strategy for CoEdge, aligning it with our overall business objectives and ensuring that we are on track to meet our MVP roadmap milestones.
• Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, build, and mentor a world-class engineering team. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Product Development: Oversee all aspects of product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and impactful.
• Technology Stack Oversight: Lead the selection and integration of the right technologies to support our product vision, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks in the technical development and operational processes, particularly around security, compliance, and system reliability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business goals.
• Investor Relations: Communicate technical vision and progress to investors, articulating the value and future potential of our technology roadmap.
