About Tradefolio:
Tradefolio is an innovative platform empowering retail investors with customizable algorithmic trading tools and a tradign bot marketplace. We are currently in the seed stage and are looking for a technical co-founder to help drive the development of our platform and scale our technology to meet market demands.

Role Overview:
As the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Tradefolio by overseeing all technical aspects, from product architecture to building a top-tier engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to co-create a game-changing fintech platform with significant equity ownership.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the technical roadmap and vision for Tradefolio.
Lead the architecture, design, and development of the platform, ensuring scalability and security.
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.
Oversee both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless user experience.
Collaborate with the founding team on strategy and product development.
Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest trends in fintech and trading technology.
Ensure successful product iterations based on user feedback and market changes.
Requirements:

• Proven track record as a technical leader, ideally with experience in leading a startup to a successful exit.
• Expertise in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of building scalable systems with a focus on security and performance.
• Prior experience in fintech or building trading platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Preferred: Connections with venture capitalists (VC) or experience in fundraising.
• Passion for fintech, trading, and creating impactful technology solutions.
