What You’ll Do

• Shape the Vision—Lead the charge in redefining how startups discover and connect with talent. You’ll play a key role in guiding product development, market positioning, and the overall strategy for growth.
• Build the Product—Take Talynt from concept to reality. Architect, code, and deploy a platform that transforms the hiring experience for startups.
• Drive Growth—Leverage your deep network in the startup and hiring ecosystems to forge partnerships, attract talent, and build relationships that will fuel Talynt’s expansion.
• Collaborate with the Founding Team—Work side-by-side with Kenergy’s co-founder and the founding team to iterate quickly, innovate boldly, and keep the vision alive and evolving.
• Own the Technical Roadmap—If you’re a technical powerhouse, you’ll drive Talynt’s tech evolution, creating a seamless, human-centered user experience.
