Product Managers at Moneybox work at the core of multi-disciplinary teams that work to support our customer’s savings missions, helping to improve our products and bring value to customers' lives.
We are looking for someone who wants to build their career at an exciting, fast-growing company, has great attention to detail and is able to really take ownership, roll up their sleeves and deliver for our customers.
What you'll do
- Develop an understanding of our investing and retirement users at a deep level, building a strategy to help them turn their money into something greater.
- Specify product requirements and write clear user stories and feature specifications that are ready to be implemented by the development team.
- Contribute to the development of the product strategy, shaping our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with user experience, mobile and backend teams in the development of our product features to drive adoption and develop strategies to maximise product engagement.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, clearly articulating and agreeing on the user stories and acceptance criteria to ultimately help deliver the overall product vision.
- Track and monitor product performance, using insights to iterate and improve on your work to hit our goals and create value for our customers.
Experience and skills
- 3+ years’ experience, ideally including a Product Management role. Please note this is not an entry-level role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, super attention to detail and diligence, and an ability to think through projects carefully, with care.
- Able to build and maintain great relationships with stakeholders, and able to encourage, motivate and develop a diverse team, towards a challenging goal.
- Able to deliver projects to a high quality against tight deadlines, whilst keeping a positive outlook.
- Ability to measure and track the right metrics, forming opinions and hypotheses.
- Great communication and listening skills and is able to give and take feedback openly.
