Junior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our product team as a Junior Product Manager. As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development, enhancement, and management of sydʼs AI Life Quality platform. Main responsibilities

Product Development:

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Participate in market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Project Management:

• Help plan and manage product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on KPIs. 

Communication:

• Maintain clear communication with Head of Product and team members.
• Assist in creating product documentation, such as user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Participate in user testing and feedback collection.

Must haves

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working on a B2C mobile product is a plus.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and basic data visualization tools.
• Project management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
