Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Head of Growth with 5+ years of experience to lead GTM initiatives in Cold Outreach, SEO, Paid Advertising, Design, and Development.

You will collaborate closely with founders and work directly with clients to drive innovative strategies and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building B2B Marketing strategies with ICP, ABM, Partnerships, Webinar etc funnels to help generate leads for our clients.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for Cold Out-reach on Email, LinkedIn, Whats App, SEO, and Paid Ads.
  • Leading branding and website development projects, and landing pages.
  • Reviewing all the work that goes on in the company and maintaining the quality of work.
  • Operationally leading the team to deliver work for existing clients.
  • Build strategies to help reach client goals.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine growth objectives.
  • Lead a team to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B companies.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation from Email Marketing, SEO and Paid Advertising.
  • Exposure of working with SAAS and Technology companies is preferred.
  • Exposure of working with global clients and geographies is a must.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
