I am a business coach dedicated to helping solo insurance agents and financial advisors grow their businesses and create a larger impact. To support this mission, I am looking to expand through strategic partnerships with insurance broking firms that recruit agents or POSPs in India. This internship is an opportunity to work closely with me in developing and managing these vital partnerships.
Role Overview:
As a JV Partnerships Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying and building relationships with insurance broking firms. Your main responsibility will be to assist in establishing and nurturing these partnerships to facilitate training programs for their networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Identify Opportunities: Identify potential insurance broking firms and their recruitment networks that align with my business goals.
- Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to these firms primarily via phone calls, emails, and social media to propose partnership opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Help in creating proposals and partnership agreements to formalize collaborations.
- Coordination & Follow-Up: Manage communication with potential partners, schedule meetings, and follow up on discussions to ensure progress.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and the needs of insurance agents and POSPs to tailor training programs effectively.
- Reporting: Keep track of interactions, partnership progress, and provide regular updates on your activities.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a genuine interest in business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
