TL;DR

  • You have 2-3 years of experience driving GTM, Sales, and Marketing strategies to acquire US Startup customers.
  • You have strong desire to own revenue-driving strategies from the ground up.
  • You will be directly responsible for initiating and scaling our outbound sales efforts, closing deals, and helping drive Zinance’s explosive growth.

Right fit – Experience in sales and marketing, focusing on outbound campaigns for early-stage startups targeting the US market.
Not fit – Traditional roles like Product Manager or Management consultant.

Location – Pune/Bangalore

Zinlabs is a US-based early-stage startup building software copilot for business finance. We’re crafting the best products around SaaS, Banking, and AI for business finance - think of Intuit but 10x better products. We’ve launched our first product for startups - Zinance.io Next, we’re building various SaaS solutions for finance professionals and entrepreneurs.

We’re a profitable startup with a fast-growing revenue currently doing early six digits just within three months of launch. We’re expected to grow revenue to $2Mn in the first year. In the next 5 years, we aim to become a $500Mn revenue company through financial products.

We are looking for our founding SDR to lay the groundwork for growth at Zinance. With a solid base of early customers who love our product, we are looking to grow from 1-10.

What You’ll Do

  • Full GTM Ownership: Develop and execute GTM strategies, including lead generation, outbound campaigns, cold emailing, and other sales tactics to break into the market and scale.
  • Own the Outbound Sales Process: Manage outreach, lead gen, and prospecting activities end-to-end, from building lead lists and scrapping data to executing sequences and follow-ups.
  • Lead Sales Campaigns: Set up, test, and refine outbound sales and marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Partnerships & Growth: Initiate and cultivate strategic partnerships with SaaS platforms, VCs, accelerators, and more.
  • Experiment & Optimize: Conduct growth experiments, analyze customer behavior, and apply findings to improve acquisition strategies. Scale what works, discard what doesn’t.
  • Close Deals: Own the full sales process – from prospecting to closing – with a strong emphasis on achieving revenue targets.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Measure performance, test strategies, and refine the sales funnel to ensure seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.

Who You Are

  • GTM & Sales Expertise: You’ve spent 2-3 years driving sales and GTM in a high-growth, early-stage SaaS startup targeting US markets.
  • Outbound Campaign Master: You’re adept at lead gen, cold outreach, and conversion optimization, with proven experience running high-impact sales campaigns.
  • Strategic Mindset: You know how to navigate complex sales cycles and can pivot strategies quickly based on market response.
  • Startup Hustler: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to drive results.
  • Data-Driven: Strong ability to track and measure performance, constantly optimizing for better outcomes.
  • Customer-Centric: You know how to engage, nurture, and win over customers, creating lasting relationships that drive growth.
