We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Services Manager to join our growing marketing and sales agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and sales who can manage multiple accounts, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and provide innovative solutions to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.
- Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of marketing and sales campaigns that meet client objectives and expectations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and sales departments, to ensure all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strategic Planning: Work with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve these objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and insights to optimize their strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results, new opportunities, and future strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with innovative ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role within a marketing or sales agency.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful marketing and sales campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
