The Role

Customer Support at Origin will be basically handling questions, comments, and complaints about our business with our clients/customers. Should aim to create positive customer experiences and build lasting relationships.

Key Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
• Stay calm and composed even when handling tough cases
• Should be proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, whether it's via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help them use specific features like a pro sleuth.
• Analyse and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.
• Keep our internal databases updated with info about technical issues and useful customer conversations.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and swoop in to provide assistance.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Check in with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
