About the Role
You will play a meaningful role in delivering value to our customers, actively participating in product strategy, research, positioning, and go-to-market. Product marketing works closely with product management to shape the direction of our products and the value we create for our customers as well as our GTM teams in bringing products and features to market. This is expected to be a contract-to-hire position.
Responsibilities
Product marketers aspire to know our customers better than anyone else. To get there, you will focus on these areas of input and output:
- Conduct regular customer research across our customer segments.
- Research and track overarching market trends and patterns.
- Own the evolving positioning and messaging for the LeadIQ platform, working with sales, product and demand gen to deliver clear value.
- Craft the story and narrative we want to tell and work with the rest of the go-to-market team to identify the proper channels and timing for delivering that message.
- Support competitor research to better understand how to position LeadIQ in a very competitive market.
- Develop strategic, insight-driven go-to-market plans for new product initiatives and work with the product team to identify ways to tie product functionality into industry trends.
- Represent and advocate for the needs of users within the go-to-market plan.
- Launch new features well — be strategic, data-driven, and responsible for outcomes. Work cross-functionally with teammates across the company to deliver marketing launches on time and deliver enablement at a high-quality bar.
- Dig into the data to find ways to optimize messaging, drive product preference and contribute to increased customer adoption.
- Ensure the evolving messaging is reflected in all our communications, including website, case studies, whitepapers and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop impact sales tools, include pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, demo scripts, and so forth.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years in full-stack product marketing roles or related experience in B2B SaaS company, ideally in Sales or Marketing tech.
- A product marketer with core competencies in key go-to-market areas (product launches, messaging/positioning, competitive intelligence) but also with baseline skills across all of product marketing (sales enablement, pricing & packaging.
- A team player and leader with a strong track record of working across sales, product, customer success and marketing teams.
- Thrives in an environment where market and customer feedback is essential.
- Writes exceptionally well because you are attuned to the voice of the customer.
- Manages conflicting priorities from various stakeholders across several teams and communicates well with internal teams.
- Desires to continuously test and learn. Willing to be disciplined and precise with data-informed learnings and takeaways.
- An advocate for the customer-driven go-to-market perspective in the product roadmap planning.

This is a fully remote position, however employment is restricted to candidates residing in one of the following states; California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York City, New York State, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, and Virginia.
