We are looking for an organized and creative LinkedIn Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with influencers and ensure seamless collaboration between our clients and influencer partners.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns. From identifying and onboarding influencers to coordinating content creation and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of LinkedIn and experience managing influencers across various stages of a campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Recruit Influencers: Research and select influencers that align with client goals and company values.
Coordinate with Influencers: Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project expectations and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Content Guidance: Provide influencers with content ideas, work on their plan of action, and ensure that all content is in line with Linkedin’s best practices.
Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to contract signing, briefing, and final deliverables.
Review and Advise: Check influencer’s posts on LinkedIn, ensuring quality and consistency. Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Payment Coordination: Ensure influencers receive advances, payment on time, tracking all financial aspects of the campaign.
Client Communication: Regularly coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and that the influencers are performing as expected.
Post-Campaign Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and manage relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn’s platform, content guidelines, and engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to provide actionable feedback to influencers to enhance content performance.
This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with influencers and clients alike.
