We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media strategies and online event management. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings innovative ideas to the table.

Job Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will oversee the social media presence for both MyOperator and Heyo Phone. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies, coordinating with internal teams to generate high-quality content, and engaging with our audience. Additionally, you will manage online events like webinars, ensuring they are impactful and align with brand goals. You will also have the opportunity to come on camera to create engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute the social media strategy for both MyOperator and Heyo Phone, driving brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Collaboration: Work with the internal design team to produce relevant content (graphics, videos, etc.) and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • On-Camera Video Content: Create video content as required, confidently representing the brand in front of the camera.
  • Community Engagement: Manage comments and interactions on MyOperator’s social media channels, building an active and engaged online community.
  • Online Event Planning: Organize and execute online events such as webinars, overseeing everything from promotion to post-event follow-up.
  • Brand Differentiation: Manage the social media for two distinct brands, tailoring strategies to fit each audience.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and online events. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Content Creation: Demonstrated experience in creating social media content. Prior experience being on camera and making videos is a big plus.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and how to optimize content for engagement.
  • Event Management Skills: Experience in planning and managing online events, particularly webinars.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage the social media needs of two different brands simultaneously.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage workload fluctuations.
