Position Overview:
Barsys, an innovative company revolutionizing the drinking experience through consumer robotics and SaaS-based solutions, is seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager. This role is key to expanding our digital footprint, elevating brand awareness, and fostering a community around our unique platform that connects cocktail curators like bars, mixologists, and spirits brands with at-home cocktail enthusiasts through our advanced hardware and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with Barsys' vision. Manage all social media channels to grow followers, engage and retain them, and convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.
- Content Creation & Management: Create engaging, innovative content for our digital platforms. This includes crafting compelling narratives around our products and services, highlighting customer experiences, and showcasing the creativity of our community of mixologists and cocktail enthusiasts.
- Brand Awareness & Community Engagement: Drive brand awareness and online reputation. Actively engage with our community online, fostering relationships with key influencers, partners, and customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, consumer robotics, and the beverage industry to ensure Barsys is ahead of the curve.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and engage with influencers in the beverage and technology space to expand our reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the technology or beverage industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
