Social Media Account Manager

KRA:

1. Manage error-free posting across all accounts + social networking
2. Track analytics across all accounts and develop deep insights, present monthly to clients & implement actionables with creative team
3. Handle story posting across all accounts - this will need you to be creative
4. Manage client interaction on upto 2 social accounts - monthly calendar closure, meetings, being POC between creative <> client teams, competition brands research
5. Fortnighly track best practices + new features + case study brands for different socil media channels (meta / linkedin / snapchat / tiktok / X)
6. Handle full calendar planning for L&H cross-channel + mail marketing + website
7. Know how to use canva to develop posts for L&H
8. Attend client events to shoot content on phone

Qualifications:

1. Be super passionate about social media marketing
2. Know tools like canva, analytics tool
3. Candidates with Meta marketing qualifications will be given prefernce

Mandatory:
We have a mandatory screeing test, which decides who proceeds to interview round.
