We are looking for a talented and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high quality, high impact content that drives engagement, generates leads, and enhances our brand’s presence in the market. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our content strategy aligns with business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Own insight driven ebooks and case studies that align with brand objectives.
Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Ensure timely delivery of quality content and own the associated OKRs .
Write, edit, and proofread compelling content that is tailored to our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and create content that addresses customer pain points and showcases the value of our solutions.
Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and SaaS.
Manage relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
Conduct market research to identify content gaps and opportunities to better serve our audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content marketing, B2B Content Writing/ SAAS content writing.
Proven track record of creating and managing successful content marketing campaigns.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of how to engage and inspire audiences.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
