What You'll Do

• Embark on a quest to uncover the finest organic products from around the globe
• Forge powerful relationships with suppliers who share our passion for quality
• Negotiate like a pro to ensure our customers get the best value for their dirham
• Curate a product range that transforms grocery shopping into a gourmet adventure
• Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the curve in the organic food scene
• Ensure our products are so fresh, they redefine the meaning of farm-to-table
• Travel to supplier locations to guarantee they meet our sky-high standards
• Collaborate with our warehouse team to create a seamless supply chain

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing or category management, preferably in the food industry
• Proven track record in supplier relationship management and negotiation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Last but not least – you need to have an amazing food taste. After all, it all comes down to being Gusto

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fast-paced world of food and beverage or HoReCa sectors
• Passion for organic, specialty, or gourmet food products
• Familiarity with UAE food import regulations and procedures
