About the job

At PhrasIQ, we're seeking a Partner Sales Director to spearhead our efforts in the emerging business sector. As the first point of contact in the named region for Account Executives and Consulting & System Integrator (C&SI) partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving our partner strategy and accelerating business growth. Reporting to the Americas C&SI Partner Sales Leader, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop tailored GTM strategies and establish strong partnerships with local and regional SI partner teams.

The impact you will have:

  • Own the partner territory plan for the Emerging Business segment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Partner Executives on unique GTM strategies to drive scale and automation.
  • Accelerate PhrasIQ adoption with C&SI Partners in the named region, fostering healthy and sustainable relationships.
  • Create scaled programs with our ecosystem to drive new customer adoption and existing customer expansion.

What we look for:

  • Sales Readiness and Execution: Ability to qualify and advance opportunities with SI Partners, demonstrating strong planning skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including account executives, solution architects, and field marketing to explore and execute partnership opportunities.
  • Portfolio Management & Planning: Identify key SI relationships within the region and develop strategic partner plans.
  • Delivery Readiness: Support practice and skills development for SI Partners, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Good Governance: Establish and maintain governance with each partner relationship, including agreements and executive relationships.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development at a top technology or market-leading company.
