Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our administrative team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
Maintain filing systems and organize office records.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an office setting is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
